When seeking fertility treatment, it's important to know your biological timeline for planning purposes. Fertility Age Markers The journey to parenthood is unique for each person or couple. It's important to note that fertility declines with age, and while there's no universal deadline, here are some general guidelines: Early 20s to Early 30s: Women are typically most fertile during this period, with the highest chances of conception. Mid to Late 30s: Fertility gradually declines, and by the late 30s, it can drop more significantly. Early 40s: Fertility decreases substantially, and the risk of pregnancy complications increases. Two fertility treatments are most common: In Vitro Fertilization (IVF) and  Intrauterine Insemination (IUI). IVF involves the fertilization of eggs outside the body, typically in a laboratory setting. Eggs can be immediately fertilized or harvested
